How To Manifest Your Dreams Through The Secret
If you’ve used the Law of Attraction before, you know that we are like one cosmic magnet. Because everything is really just energy, we (and our thoughts) are tied together with the rest of the energy in the universe. Because like attracts like, our thoughts are going to attract similar things. But it is not necessarily that simple. There are some “tricks” that we can use to help manifest your dreams and desires.
1. Put yourself in place to manifest your dreams
Just asking the universe for something doesn’t make it automatically happen. There is a sort of “safety catch” built in. That “safety catch” is a delay. If you see a dog in a park and think, “I love dogs like that. I wish I had one,” the universe doesn’t immediately drop a dog in your lap. That’s probably a good thing because you’re not immediately prepared for that dog. You could be headed to work. You could live in an apartment that doesn’t allow pets.
We have to help to get things moving. If you want that dog, move to a place where you’re allowed to have one. One of my dreams has always been to live in Hawaii. To help make that happen, I travelled to Hawaii and met with a realtor to visit properties. I checked with mortgage companies and found that I could easily get a loan for the property. We need to make some effort to put yourself in the place where you can begin to manifest your dreams and desires.
2. Put yourself in a positive frequency
A positive, happy attitude is a must. Remember that like attracts like. By getting ourselves into an ongoing positive energy, the universe will begin providing us with positive experiences. That doesn’t mean that no bad things will happen to you. It is how we react to these bad things that counts.
I recently ate at a hamburger restaurant. They had a large container of ketchup to squirt ketchup on your fries. When I pushed down, the ketchup squirted out all over my fries and onto the top of my burger. Did I curse? Was I angry? No. I simply laughed at something silly happening. Seeing the good in things (even if it’s just laughing at yourself) helps get us positive, and ready to manifest positive things.
Meditation helps us relax and clear our minds. Even before we consider the Secret manifestation, or the law of attraction, there has been research that frequent, regular meditation is good for our bodies.
One study even showed that Transcendental Meditation (TM) can actually help us live longer. There are quite a few different types of meditation, so you need to find that one that works best for you. Regardless of the type, getting our minds quiet gets us onto that positive frequency and taps into our subconscious mind that we need to manifest.
4. Write down as much detail as possible
Keep a journal and write down positive things that happen to you. Take a few minutes at the end of the day to write down things that made you happy. No traffic on the way to work? Document that. Write down how the roads were empty, and your trip to work was smooth and easy.
Try to avoid the negative words. For example, don’t say, “There was no traffic.” In this case, traffic is a negative word. Instead, say things like, “The roads were empty,” or “I made it to the office quickly.” Even the little things can help. Did you see a duck waddle by on the golf course? Remember that and write down how watching this animal made you feel great about nature and animals.
It is also a good idea to write down the things that we want and create a script for our manifestation. That house in Hawaii? Have a clear picture and write down exactly what you want. You want a nice view. You want an extra bedroom for visitors. You want a pool. Whatever it is that you desire, write it down as you will gain clarity. It is also fun to find pictures of things that you like. If you found just the house that you want on the internet, print out the picture and put it with your writing.
When we take this positive thought and specifically direct it at the things we want, it helps the universe (and the law of attraction) manifest those things in reality.
5. Feel like you already have exactly what you want
To help keep ourselves on that positive frequency and directing our thoughts to the things that we want, pretend that you already have what you want. You want the house in Hawaii? Do some fantasizing about it. Pretend that you are already there.
When you are walking your dog, believe that you’re actually walking near the ocean. The feeling is the important part: think about how it makes you feel to be walking the dog near the ocean. You obviously shouldn’t cut yourself off from reality completely (don’t walk the dog with your eyes closed) but focus on the feelings that you have.
Much of this ties into the “why” of our desires. If you want a bigger house, you should think about why you want that bigger house. If it is because you would like your kids to each have their own room, imagine their happiness at having their own rooms.
Imagine your happiness that comes from making your children happy. You sometimes hear the expression, “What’s your why?” Think about your why, tie it in to positive feelings, and pretend that you are already there.
6. Have faith
Keeping positive also means that we are staying positive about the law of attraction. We need to recognize when positive things are happening to us. This can be something big, like a promotion at work, or as simple as finding a quarter on the ground.
It can even be for the cool breeze that hits you on a warm summer day. Recognizing the positive things that start manifesting because of the law of attraction helps us believe. When we believe, and when we have faith that the law of attraction is working, we will begin to manifest our dreams even more.
7. Stop the limiting beliefs
We are all plagued by limiting belief. We somethings get ourselves stuck thinking things like, “There isn’t enough for me. This is just how it goes. I can’t catch a break. I need to work harder than everyone else.” One of the problems with thoughts like these is that they begin to repeat, and then they begin to grow.
We can get ourselves tangled up over nothing. We worry and fret over things that may never happen. When you find yourself spending time thinking these thoughts, relax and focus on what is happening at that exact moment. Realize that all problems are ultimately solved (one way or another). Work to solve the immediate problem, and then think about something else. Yes, I know that is hard.
Negative and limiting thoughts are powerful. But we do have the ability to control and contain them. If you were passed over for a promotion at work, think about your positive traits. Stay away from thinking, “I’m not good enough.” Realize that we all have virtually unlimited potential. By keeping positive, and keeping the limiting thoughts away, we will find that manifestation of what you want begins to happen.
8. Don’t be so specific about the how things should happen
At some point, almost everyone has fantasized about winning the lottery: getting your picture taken holding that giant check for 250 million dollars. But winning the lottery usually is not our end goal.
We want that Powerball money so that we can retire early, put our kids into a private school, take a world tour, fund an animal shelter, etc.. The Powerball is just the “how” in making our dreams happen. Let the universe worry about the “how:” it is not your problem. So when focusing on the things you want, think about the end goal. Think about what you want, and how you want to feel.
9. Create a vision board
A vision board is a collage of images, pictures, and affirmations that represent what you want to manifest in your life. It’s about using the power of visuals to create something for yourself. And it can be as simple or complex as you like. All it takes are some magazines (or an old shoe box), glue sticks, scissors, paint pens or markers and your imagination!
Go on a visual exploration with friends where each person picks out their favorite photos of models they’d love to look more like and cut them out. Then write self-affirming thoughts next to them such as “I am beautiful inside & out” or “My body deserves respect.”
You don’t need any artistic skills whatsoever. You can use images that represent different aspects of life, such as business success, family happiness, world peace or better health.

If you want to manifest a new car, what are the steps involved in achieving that goal?
In order to manifest your dream car, you need to know what type of car you want, and the price range that your budget is. Make a list of all the features that are important to you, such as exterior color, interior material (leather or fabric), engine size, etc.
Next step would be to take care of negative feelings in order for manifesting your dreams into a reality! It’s time to recognize any limiting beliefs or thoughts about money and how it should be made available by others before receiving prosperity on our own accord. Recognize where those feelings came from so they don’t block us anymore; then let them go with love.
The next thing you do is make sure there isn’t anything in your life blocking success: maybe it’s something like an unfulfilling job or a toxic relationship.

In order to manifest your dreams, you need to get rid of negative thoughts and feelings. The best way is to be in the moment with happy thoughts when you are getting home from work or school!
A great example is to ask yourself, what would I love to do right now? Put all the thoughts aside from your work or school. I recommend that you spend time for this so it doesn’t feel like an obligation but an enjoyment!
The goal is not just to be present with happy thoughts in the moment, but also when you are going through difficult moments of life. This will help create a happier more fulfilling future as well as getting rid of negative energy.
How do I know if my dreams are coming true or not?
In order to know if your dreams are manifesting, you need to take a look at the negative energy in your life.
There are three ways I know my dream is manifesting:
– The negative feelings often go away when I accomplish something on my list
– When someone says “yes” after they initially said no (usually after giving me a good excuse)
– My intuition tells me that things will happen soon because there doesn’t seem to be any blocks preventing them from happening right now
These are usually the signs that my dream is manifesting. If you look at your life and the negative feelings are still there, then take a closer look to see where these blocks might be coming from.
Look for situations or people who may have caused them in order to clear out any of those obstacles. You can also check with an intuitive reader if this helps as well!
